SHIPMENT: Was a bit of a headache. For 500 custom boxes, there were 17 boxes in total. They arrived on various days. And for a moment had me frantic because UPS had confirmed delivery of 10 of them at no avail. They finally turned up a week later. Rating: 3/10 QUALITY: Boxes are on the thinner side. I was expecting them to be thicker, kind of like an Amazon package box. Gold Foil was nicely done and printing was nicely done. I was promised adhesive on the flap to seal the box, that was never done. Rating: 6.5/10 SERVICE: During the development stages, there were a few times I would ask Doris questions which would go unanswered. But overall she was prompet at responding. Rating: 7.5/10
